Shopify Store Owner faced significant challenges in managing its vendor ecosystem: Vendors had no real-time visibility into product updates or stock changes. The admin team spent hours manually adding or editing products in Shopify. Assigning and managing multiple vendors became unscalable as the catalog grew. They needed an automated, centralized portal that allowed vendors to manage product data independently while maintaining full control through Shopify.

The Client was a growing eCommerce operation managing multiple vendors and product lines on Shopify. As the business expanded, coordinating between the Shopify store owners and product vendors became increasingly complex. We developed a custom SaaS MVP using Bubble.io, integrating directly with Shopify’s GraphQL and REST Admin APIs. The result was the Vendor Supply Portal, a no-code powered product that seamlessly connects Shopify with a vendor-facing management dashboard.

Key Features:

🔗 Shopify Integration Two-way data sync using Shopify GraphQL and REST Admin API. Real-time product updates reflected across both Shopify and the Bubble portal.

👥 Vendor Management System Admins can assign vendors to products or collections. Vendors can view, edit, add, or remove products assigned to them. Controlled access ensures data security and role-based visibility.

🛒 Product Operations Dashboard Vendors manage inventory, pricing, and descriptions directly through the portal. Any change automatically syncs with the Shopify store.

🧾 Activity Log & Notifications Transparent product update history for both vendors and admin users. Notifications for new product assignments or updates.

🧱 Scalable SaaS Architecture Built on Bubble.io, allowing future expansion into a full multi-tenant SaaS model. Supports additional shops or vendors with minimal setup.
