The Client was a growing eCommerce operation managing multiple vendors and product lines on Shopify. As the business expanded, coordinating between the Shopify store owners and product vendors became increasingly complex. Manual updates, scattered communication, and repetitive data entry slowed operations and increased error risks. The client sought a custom digital solution that could bridge this gap, connecting Shopify data directly with a collaborative vendor management portal.
